SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will get to know on your Tracking Page

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES

Usually, you will never pay for custom fees, taxes and etc. You will receive your package at your door without paying any additional fees except if you choose the express delivery option. But sometimes in some countries especially in Europe custom can hold the package. Personalized Compass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Customs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refund

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

refund method will be Paypal, PayU or can be any mode of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase like Invoice, order id . 

To complete your return we require return reason and a picture of the product those you have received defective.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy 

To cancel your order , you can cancel your order within 24hrs of your booking. After your cancellation full refund will be initiated and you will get back your payment in 7-8 business days.
